Privacy Policy and Analytics Principles

Cookieless analytics

We use Umami — analytics that stores no cookies and collects no personal data. That is why there is no consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

We collect aggregate data on pageviews, traffic sources and tool usage. We do not build profiles and we do not link this data to your email address.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address goes to Brevo (Sendinblue), our email provider. We store the address, your language and where you signed up — so we can send content in your language.

You can unsubscribe with one click via the link in every email footer. Once you unsubscribe, we remove the address from the list.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Write to kontakt@longevity.how — we respond within 30 days.

What events we measure

We record aggregate events: which tool was used and of what type, newsletter signups along with where they happened, and clicks on affiliate links. Each event carries the page language code so we can separate statistics for the Polish and English versions.

We do not store IP addresses in an identifiable form, we do not use cross-site identifiers, and we do not share data with advertising networks.

Some product links are affiliate links. Clicking one tells the shop that you arrived from our site, and nothing more. The rules we apply to them are set out in the testing methodology, and our editorial approach on the about page.

Newsletter email addresses are processed on the basis of consent, until that consent is withdrawn. Analytics data, being anonymised and aggregated, does not constitute personal data under the GDPR.

The data controller is the site’s publisher, contact: kontakt@longevity.how. The scope of content this policy covers is described in the medical disclaimer.
